Based at ACROP, Peasiehill Road, Elliot Industrial Estate, Arbroath.

This job is workstyle 1.

In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

You will work 36 hours per week, between the hours of 7.00am and 4.30pm.  The current shift pattern is Monday to Thursday.

You will be responsible for the operation of site plant, including traffic control, site tidiness and cleanliness and general maintenance.  You will also be responsible, either individually or as a member of a team, for operations at various Angus Council run bulking and transfer sites.

A good knowledge of recycling operations and experience of 9M telehandler and/or Forklift operation is essential, however NPORs certified training will be delivered where required.
