Full Job Description
- Developing and managing key digital deliverables for our customers and intermediaries as part of the wider improvement programme.
- Supporting investigation of opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to drive simplification in the business.
- Managing cross-business areas resource to support projects.
- Inputting into wider Strategy Team activities.
Good core product knowledge across life, pensions and investments - Experience of developing and implementing digital solutions for end customers and intermediaries
- Background in transforming customer journeys
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Business and commercial insight and know-how
- Excellent analytical skills
- Able to hit the ground running
- Experience of working on end customer and intermediary solution is preferable

We are part of the Chief Customer Office and Longstanding Propositions business area in Insurance, Pensions & Investments division (Lloyds Banking Group). The Strategy Team have responsibility for developing our data strategy, transforming the digital experience and for driving simplification opportunities.
