This could be the perfect step for you. Pertemps are working with a forward-thinking, people-focused financial services company in Kilmarnock who are expanding their Vulnerable Customer Support Team.
Youll be the voice of calm and reassurance for customers who need a little extra support helping them navigate difficult circumstances with care, professionalism and a listening ear.
Whether youre from a care background, nursery setting, or simply someone who thrives on meaningful conversation this role could be a brilliant career move.
What Youll Be Doing
- Taking inbound and outbound calls to support vulnerable customers with tailored guidance
- Listening with empathy, problem-solving with care
- Working closely with your colleagues in the wider collections and customer support team
- Playing a key role in helping people get back on track during a challenging time
