As Senior Gameplay Programmer, you will be responsible for prototyping and collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and developers, capable of creating genre leading titles. You will be driving high levels of innovation and implementation with both your team and your own work. You will own and drive the discovery, implementation, and refinement of intuitive, world class and aspirational VR games.,

• Collaboratively discover, design & build the fun within a cross-discipline team.
  
  5 years of professional game development experience, with a minimum of 3 shipped titles including at least 1 current generation console title
• A deep knowledge of C++ and real-time game engines e.g. Unreal or Unity
• Demonstrable experience at owning and delivering game features or systems
• Strong communication skills with a focus on positive cross discipline teamwork
• Proven, demonstrable knowledge of game development processes, real-time implementation, optimization, and cross platform development
• Experience in rapid prototyping and creative problem solving
• A committed team player, recognizing the importance and value of people within a technology environment
• Passionate about creating award winning VR titles.
Desired experience:
• Experience of VR game development
• Confidence in communicating technical complexities and risks clearly and concisely, to non-technical staff
• Strong competitor analysis - the ability to critique and deconstruct competitor video games
• A willingness to 'muck in' at any level to get the job done
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and responsive to change in the face of uncertainty
• Approachable and light-hearted, with a good sense of fun and a positive mental attitude
