Peace Recruitment are looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to join a major contractor based in Glasgow. You will ensure all statutory compliance, manage relationships with clients and contractors, and maintain the companies high standards in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site-based operatives and supply chain partners to ensure contract service levels.
Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Oversee plant, equipment, and tools, ensuring COSHH compliance.
Support health & safety audits and emergency procedures.
Monitor and manage tasks raised via Help Desk, ensuring prompt resolution.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations for all site works.
Assist in training new staff and covering duties during absences.
Manage lifecycle planning, reporting, and onboarding new suppliers.
Monitor stock, COSHH requirements, and subcontractor service reports.

About You:

Strong communication, management, and leadership skills.
Commercial awareness in PFI, PPP, and related contracts.
Problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Relevant degree (preferred) and managerial experience in Facilities Management.
