They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale leisure centre refurbishment project.
Your new role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the refurbishment project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site safety, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in driving the project forward and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, preferably within the leisure sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
