Due to the nature of this role, you must be a British national and have lived in the country for 5 years. You'll also be willing and able to successfully achieve SC clearance with us to carry out your role. • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and contractors, ensuring they feel secure and well-directed
• Efficiently handle the processing and issuance of ID cards to authorised personnel, maintaining a high level of accuracy and security
• Accompany contractors throughout the premises, ensuring they adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Vigilantly monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities, ensuring continuous surveillance of the premises
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible security presence, deterring potential security breaches and ensuring all areas are secure
• Keep detailed and precise records of all events and incidents, providing thorough documentation for future reference and reporting

  SIA Licence
• Access to vehicle/good transport links (able to get to site within 45 min commute)
• 2yrs Corporate Security experience preferred
• RTW in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
• As the client is a UK Defence Contractor, you must be a British national and willing and able to achieve SC clearance
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
• Excellent Customer Service Skills, IT literate, Able to work in a team, A flexible approach
• Candidates must be able to travel to the site in Edinburgh for a 6pm start, including on Public Holidays
