We’re looking for a skilled and flexible Service Engineer to join our Technical Team. If you have a strong engineering background, a passion for problem-solving, and the willingness to travel globally, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role
As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are successfully installed and commissioned worldwide. You’ll work both on-site at customer locations and in our workshop, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of Zepf UK products at customer locations worldwide.
- Manufacturing and assembling components in our workshop.
- Supporting design and other technical areas as needed.
Requirements:
- HNC level qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage.
- Proven skills in manufacturing, tool room, and assembly work.
- Flexible and willing to travel and work away from home for extended periods.
- Prepared to work overtime and respond to short-notice assignments.
- Committed to maintaining high Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- A results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving full customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage business activities with cost-awareness.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home as required
- Deliver exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction.
