We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer/Sub-Agent to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and setting-out tasks to ensure accurate project execution.
Maintain a daily site diary and comprehensive site records.
Provide operational management support to the Contracts Manager on a day-to-day basis.
Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate labour resources and manage procurement of plant and materials.
Implement and maintain integrated management systems, including works inspections, setting-out control sheets, and calibration and testing records for instruments.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a site engineer
Competence in setting-out with various setting-out equipment
Civil Engineering qualification (HND/C or Degree)
Experience in public realm works an advantage although not essential
SMSTS preferable
Valid CSCS card
