PFC Careers are delighted to be working with a client to recruit a Quality Advisor on a 6 month contract. The project is working on a new power lines project in just outside Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage Quality Management systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (QMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, among others).
Carry out internal and external audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate the Quality Department team, promoting continuous development.
Carry out data and quality reports, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Audit monitoring.
Coordinate and execute tasks related to Occupational Health and Safety.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality practices into all processes.
Coordinate the management of customer complaints and implement action plans to resolve problems.
Prepare performance reports and present results to management.

Requirements:

Higher education in the areas of engineering, quality, science or a related field.
Experience in quality management.
Experience in managing Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and others;
Proven skills in audits and data analysis.
Ability to lead and manage teams.
Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
Dynamic and proactive profile.
