Reporting to the Regional Operations Soft Services Manager, the Cluster Manager will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across a fixed customer site. This role requires strong leadership, cost control, and service standard implementation to maintain operational excellence., You will be responsible for managing and motivating teams, ensuring efficiency and quality across soft service operations. With a focus on cost management, you will oversee budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Lead the cleaning team on client sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of service provision.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed specifications.
• Provide training and development for the team.
• Manage service delivery in line with the cleaning specification.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety best practices, including record keeping.
• Meet audit and periodic requirements.
  
  Experience in managing and developing multiple teams.
• Ability to maintain service level agreements.
• Health and Safety management experience.
• Proven track record of successful service delivery.
