Full Job Description
In this role you will assist with the provision of support and advice to managers on HR operational matters, including discipline, grievance, capability and absence management. You will assist with case management and the delivery of associated training. You will also undertake policy review and development work and designated project work, This role offers hybrid working, allowing employees to work both from home and in Council locations, to support business needs. We promote a balanced approach, ensuring staff have the right environment to collaborate with colleagues while also having the option to work independently when appropriate.
You will have an HND or above in Human Resources. We look for core skills for all our graduate posts which are:

- Computer skills including use of MS Office
- Ability to use your initiative and organise your own workload
