Job description:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Catering Assistant on Our Edinburgh schools’ contract in Pirniehall/St David's Primary School, 4 West Pilton Crescent, Edinburgh EH4 4HP.
20 Hours Per week (Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 10:00am till 14:00pm.)

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.
What you will do:
- Basic preparation of food and drinks Preparation of vegetables and snacks.
- Simple cooking of food (including the heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables)
- Transportation and serving of meals (including the packing and unpacking of food into containers)
- Washing up and clearing away equipment
- Cash handling
- Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment

- Strong customer services skills, friendly, approachable with a positive work ethic
