Fixed-Term Contract Until December 2025
Remote/Hybrid Working (minimal office working requirements)
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced HR Systems Implementation Lead to deliver a transformative HR systems project. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience within a dynamic organisation.
About the Role:
- Lead the implementation of a large-scale HR systems project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to optimise processes and improve the employee lifecycle journey.
- Drive the introduction of automation and self-service tools to reduce manual workloads and increase efficiency.
- Embed innovation and best practices, challenging traditional ways of working to achieve improved outcomes.
- Oversee the seamless integration of new systems, enabling real-time data insights and improved functionality.
About You:
- Demonstrable experience in managing HR systems projects and driving process improvement.
- A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and how systems can effectively support it.
- A strong balance of HR expertise and technical acumen, paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.
