The position of Relationship Manager is a varied role that requires excellent inter-personal skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate at various levels including key internal and external stakeholders., Essential:
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Communication and presentation skills with an ability to network and build / maintain strong business relations
• Commercial, highly numerate and the ability to analysis and interpret data
• Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery
• Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role
• An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
• Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
