  • Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? You'll enhance and maintain CWA personnel database / dashboard for management and manage the CWA Recruitment process collaborating with MGroup's Talent Acquisition team. You'll manage and support all onboarding, new starters and leavers within the contract along with preparing for any internal and external audits and inspections. We'll need you to ensure that all office related costs and contracts are managed effectively and assist with co-ordinating CWA business events and workshops including Charity partners. Other tasks will include; + Maintaining and managing all Operations Support IMS content / processes. + Developing internal and external presentations and reporting when requested. + Providing support to the Operations Support Manager and ensure that the contract runs smoothly and efficiently.

    + Are you a highly organised individual who can multi-task? + Do you have 5 years previous experience in a similar role? This would be desirable. + Are you proficient in using Microsoft office tools? + Are you someone who has excellent communication skills and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality? + Are you someone who is self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, with excellent planning and time management skills? + Can you to continually prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines?
