Full Job Description
The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring that the company's staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,
- Lead, coach and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Substantial experience of working within recruitment and delivering end to end campaigns
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders
- Create and maintain recruitment procedures and processes to meet service requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, procurement practices and company policies, including IR35 and data protection requirements
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Lead and support youth engagement and career events for the business HSEQ Responsibilities
- It is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with, and follows the Company's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System and takes an active part in the compliance and improvement of the Management Systems.
- The incumbent must report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems according to the Management System processes/procedures.
- The incumbent also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health, safety and/or environmental legislation to follow these.
- The incumbent is also responsible for the health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.
Qualifications & Experience Proven ability in a recruitment leadership role - Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment
- Experience in Energy and industrial sector recruitment including adhoc and direct sourcing requirements
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, high level of IT literacy
- Certification in HR or Recruitment is desirable.
