Overview:
We at Tela Technology have an exciting opportunity based in Aberdeen to join our IT function!
Becoming a Service Desk Apprentice will mean you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to Tela’s IT customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Providing end user support, both internally and to customers via telephone, email and on-site.
- Attending customer sites, as required.
- Keeping customers regularly updated on open tickets.
- Notifying customers of impending changes / agreed outages.
- Escalating tickets when required to the Senior 1st and 2nd Line teams.
- Completing scheduled tickets in a timely manner and recording time spent on tickets accurately.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed within the parameters and guidance of our ISO 27001 standard.
- Updating customer documentation via our CRM.
What we are looking for:

- The ability to build rapport and relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- High degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and works well with other team/s and team members
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- A willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge and skillset
Essential:
Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle is required - as the role involves travelling.
Salary: £20,000 per annum.
Working week: 37.5hrs a week.
