Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Data Integration Specialist with 2+ years of experience in Power BI data analytics, KPI reporting, and API integration between SaaS platforms. In this role, you will:

Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that drive critical insights.
Ensure seamless data integration across platforms through API management.
Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a technical foundation in data analytics and integration who wants to expand their expertise in business intelligence and cross-platform data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Power BI Reports: Design interactive dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs and business metrics effectively.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work with various teams to understand reporting needs, optimize data delivery, and enhance insights.
Manage API Integrations: Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot API integrations between SaaS platforms to ensure smooth data transfer.
Perform Data Analysis and Transformation: Analyse data and transform it into actionable business insights, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Data Storytelling: Use data visualization best practices to convey insights clearly to stakeholders through Power BI.
Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain documentation for data models, definitions, and reporting standards to ensure data consistency.
Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on data sources and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) are a plus

Experience:

2+ years in data analytics, specifically with Power BI, KPI reporting, and API integration across SaaS platforms
