Property Management (Factoring) Officer
Location: This post is based in the Falkirk office, with hybrid remote working.
Salary: £36,200.00 to £45,128.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Hours of Work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

The Property Management (Factoring) Officer role is multifaceted and dynamic. You will engage with a diverse customer base, striving to enhance communication and foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely across our wider group to ensure excellent service delivery while driving continuous improvement. Engaging with customers and stakeholders to meet our service delivery requirements.
Overseeing a portfolio of factored developments and engaging directly with customers, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering service improvements. While providing frontline services to resolve a variety of enquiries as part of a team. Arranging common repairs, owner updates, invoicing and contributing towards income maximisation initiatives.
