Full Job Description
Morgan Hunt are recruiting for electricians , for a large maintenance contractor based in Midlothian, the role involves repairs and maintenance within the clients buildings;
- Carrying out electrical installation condition reports (EICRs)
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance on domestic properties, including void and occupied homes
- Ensure compliance with the 18th Edition Wiring regulations (BS 7671)
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently and safety
- Complete job sheets, certificates, and compliance paperwork accurately
- Liaise with tenants and housing staff in a professional manner
35 hours per week, from 24.00 per hour, weekly pay
