We are now seeking a professional and motivated Legal Secretary to join us .

The Role

We are ideally looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Criminal and Civil Legal Aid work

Role Requirements

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (Criminal Legal Aid experience  essential)
• Ability to work independently and  under pressure
• Fast and accurate typing skills, both audio and copy
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital dictation
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive attitude with strong organisational abilities
• Experience using Denovo Case Management System would be advantageous
• Good client communication skills
• Must be SLAB proficient
