We have a brilliant opportunity available for a Legal PA to join our client and work within their busy team located in Edinburgh City Centre.

You will provide full administrative support to the department whilst working in a proactive and efficient manner.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Legal Administrator, Secretary or PA to support the legal team involved in dispute resolution including land & property litigation, mediation and other forms of resolution of contract disputes.

Role Responsibilities:

Client facing communication
Elements of legal case project management
Audio and copy typing of correspondence, large legal documents and court documentation, inventories
Preparation of draft fee notes following established procedures
Diary management and arrangement of meetings, travel and functions
File management, both hard copy and soft copy using client management software
Quality Control

Specific Requirements:

Demonstrated experience of working within a legal environment in the production of litigation documents
Familiarity with legal terms and specifically with litigation terms and language
Communication skills that demonstrate professional and polished conduct with clients, partners and employees
Audio and copy typing experience
Comfortable with use of email communication
Good IT capabilities
Pleasant telephone manner and ability to field telephone call and assist clients with their queries

This position is working full time on a permanent basis
Office based role due to the support nature of this role
