Main Purpose of the Role

Working within Perth & Kinross Council is more than a job, it's about being part of something meaningful. It's about being part of an organisation that puts people at the heart of all we do and provides opportunities to make a real difference by enhancing every life we touch.

We currently have the following opportunity:

As a busy community facility we are open evenings and weekends making shift work a key aspect of this role.  The varied events that take place at the campus provide a wide range of experiences and opportunities for our team members to get involved in.

Working in a multi-service office environment, you will intercept calls and receive visitors on behalf of all campus partners.

You will use a wide range of management information systems to carry out your duties including, but not exclusively, SEEMiS for school pupil records and MRM for campus bookings and point of sale transactions.  A key requirement of the role is cash handling and working in accordance to financial processes.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to resolve and respond independently to a variety of queries and situations.
  • Excellent typing/word processing skills (including detailed minute taking).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team when necessary
