- Lead Clinical Care: Deliver and oversee outstanding clinical care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
- Enhance Resident Experience: Ensure residents and their families feel safe, supported, and valued, from initial assessment to daily living.
- Engage with the Community: Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local communities.
- Support & Train Your Team: Lead by example, providing training and guidance to empower your team and foster continuous improvement.
- Step Into Leadership: Act as a confident and adaptable leader, stepping in for the Home Manager as needed.
Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN qualification with a strong foundation in clinical skills. - Elderly Care Expertise: Experience in caring for elderly residents is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and inspiring teams, with a supportive and motivational approach.
- Commitment to Growth: Dedication to developing staff and maintaining high standards of care.
- Adaptable and Resilient: Ability to confidently handle challenges and take on leadership responsibilities when required.
