At Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, we know that outstanding care starts with exceptional leadership. We're looking for a passionate and clinically skilled Deputy Manager to join our team, someone who leads with integrity, empowers their colleagues, and puts person-centred care at the heart of every decision., Rated 9.7 on carehome and praised by the Care Inspectorate with consistent 4s and a 5, Lunardi Court is a home that already does care well. Now, we're looking for a Deputy Manager who can help us do it even better, someone who thrives in a clinical leadership role and who brings both skill and heart to their work every day.

As Deputy Manager, you'll be a key part of the home's leadership team, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure clinical excellence, lead by example on the floor, and provide mentorship and support to our team of dedicated carers and nurses.

What you'll be doing:

You'll balance your time between delivering hands-on care and overseeing the clinical governance of the home. Whether it's auditing care plans, supporting with training, liaising with external professionals, or stepping in during emergencies, you'll be a calm, confident presence always keeping residents' wellbeing as your top priority.You'll also play a vital role in building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues alike creating a warm, open culture where people feel heard, respected, and supported.

This role is ideal for a nurse-qualified leader (RGN/RMN) who's ready to step into a broader leadership position. You might be a Senior Nurse looking for the next step, or an existing Deputy Manager seeking a service where you can make a bigger impact. What matters most to us is your ability to lead with compassion, stay calm under pressure, and inspire those around you to deliver their very best.
