Full Job Description
Anderson Knight is currently recruiting a Bid Coordinator for one of our clients who are a leading law firm.
The Role
As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the bid and tender process, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with the firm's strategic goals. You will work closely with partners, lawyers, and the business development team to produce compelling proposals and pitch documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Bid & Proposal Management: Assist in drafting, coordinating, and submitting winning bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Content Development: Maintain and update bid libraries, case studies, and templates to enhance proposal quality.
- Collaboration: Liaise with key stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure bid responses reflect the firm’s expertise.
- Compliance & Deadlines: Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and meet strict deadlines.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor activity to enhance bid strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: 1-3 years in bid coordination, proposal writing, or business development (preferably in a law firm or professional services environment).
- Writing & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and compelling content.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in grammar, formatting, and compliance.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and bid management tools.
