Full Job Description
Are you an Assistant, Junior, Trainee, or Graduate Buyer looking to take the next step in your career?
Do you have experience in purchasing electrical components such as cables, switchgear, containment, and accessories?
Our client is looking for a Buyer to support their growing operations. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in procurement while working with an established team.
You will be responsible for:
- Place and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Support project and work schedules through effective procurement
Our client is looking for:
- Previous experience in buying, purchasing, or procurement within construction, energy, or electrical wholesale
- Experience in purchasing electrical components
- Strong communication skills to build solid supplier and team relationships
- A proactive, hard-working attitude with a team-oriented approach
