  You have 6+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs - strong grasp of delivery lifecycle, governance and best practices
• You're known as the "fixer" - the person teams call when projects need turning around - experience earned solving real challenges
• You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and know how to bring direction, stability and accountability
• You're proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems
• You have experience with data projects in Financial Services or similar industry and the ability to quickly master new technical domains
