We're seeking an experienced problem-solver and delivery specialist who thrives on ambiguity. You bring clarity where there's complexity, establishing structure, process, and momentum to establish new complex initiatives or recover struggling ones drive them toward successful delivery. - Lead and transform data integration based projects/ programmes and BAU across organisational boundaries
- Align teams, resolve blockers, and deliver real measurable value.
- You're comfortable navigating senior stakeholders, influencing across functions, and making confident decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Drive strategic initiatives while maintaining hands-on involvement
- Roll up your sleeves and dive deep into problems when needed

You have 6+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs - strong grasp of delivery lifecycle, governance and best practices - You're known as the "fixer" - the person teams call when projects need turning around - experience earned solving real challenges
- You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and know how to bring direction, stability and accountability
- You're proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems
- You have experience with data projects in Financial Services or similar industry and the ability to quickly master new technical domains What Makes You Stand Out
