Full Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, organised Events Coordinator to work closely with our client in promoting, managing, and delivering corporate events on a large corporate campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, with career progression available, at a great site with a supportive team., You will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations, health & safety compliance, and exceptional client experiences. From promoting and upselling to securing repeat business, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality events. Working closely with AV, Food & Beverage, Logistics, Engineering, and external contractors, you'll ensure seamless collaboration while managing changing priorities and overcoming challenges. Success in this role will come from building strong relationships, driving engagement with senior management, and delivering outstanding event experiences. As this role evolves, it will offer exciting new challenges and opportunities.,
- Maximise event assets and services through effective promotion and upselling to the core business.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify and leverage upselling opportunities.
- Manage budgets, provide cost quotations, handle sub-contracts, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Plan and execute corporate events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivering high standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including venue staff, A/V technicians, and caterers, for seamless event execution.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and emergency protocols.
- Monitor health & safety during events, implementing corrective measures as needed.
Strong client-facing and communication skills. - Experience in events management or project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Confident in using PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing high-standard corporate events.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and upselling opportunities within events.
- Understanding of health & safety regulations and risk management in events.
