We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, delivering solutions on time and within budget, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded.,

Lead and manage Oracle Cloud SaaS implementation projects, including Financials, Procurement, HCM, and other Oracle Cloud modules, from initiation to post-implementation support.
Develop comprehensive project plans that detail scope, timelines, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the implementation team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical consultants, and client stakeholders, to ensure the project meets business requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to the project's success, developing contingency plans as needed.
Conduct regular project status meetings with internal and client teams to monitor progress and address any issues or changes in scope.
Ensure that all project documentation is completed, including project plans, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices, industry standards, and the customer's internal governance policies.
Provide post-implementation support and facilitate the transition to the support and operations teams.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations (Financials, Procurement, HCM, etc.).
Proven experience managing end-to-end global implementations of Oracle Cloud SaaS for multinational clients.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
Experience working with global teams and across different time zones.
Oracle Cloud certifications (eg, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM Implementation Specialist).
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud tools (eg, Oracle Cloud Reporting, OTBI, etc.).
Experience in managing third-party vendors and offshore teams.
