Our client, a leading property consultancy, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their energetic team in Edinburgh City Centre. What You'll Be Doing:
Be the Face of the Office: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a fantastic first impression.
Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and a friendly approach.
Keep Things Organised: Maintain a well-ordered reception and office space, creating a productive environment for all.
Support the Team: Collaborate with Operations teams, assisting the Office Head and colleagues with essential admin tasks.
Handle Key Administrative Duties
Ensure Compliance: Keep internal and external compliance measures in check, helping to drive audit success.
Create Marketing Materials: Design engaging brochures, mailers, window cards, and pitching documents to support property sales.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional Communication: A strong command of English grammar and spelling is a must.
Attention to Detail: You're meticulous, ensuring accuracy in all your work.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with systems like Hub, Global Life, and Power BI is a plus.
