Property Manager Vacancy – Edinburgh – Up to £33k
Monday - Friday
Our client are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager in Edinburgh. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love variety in your work, this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day management of a property portfolio
Carrying out inventory checks, property inspections, and checkout reports
Provide landlords with recommendations and insights on possible property upgrades and improvements
Attending property viewings
Overseeing maintenance and inventories
Experience:
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
Excellent communication and people skills
A keen eye for detail and a solution-focused mindset
Experience in residential property management is a plus
