Full Job Description
The successful candidate will require to hold a clean driver's licence and must be licensed to drive vehicle with manual gears. Working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate but will be split across 3 days, one of which will include a Saturday (9:30am to 2pm) ROLE OF DEPARTMENT
- Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
- Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm with a particular focus on cross selling mortgage and conveyancing leads
- Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times JOB PURPOSE
- Show prospective buyers/tenants our stock of sale/lease properties
- Promote the main features of each property
- Highlight other suitable properties to viewers
- Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors, Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Identify viewers specific property search requirements
- Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
