About the role… As a Brand Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5
- experience. You will:
- Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
- Deliver a memorable 5 customer experience
- Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
- Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
- You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
- Flexibility is a must; customer service can't wait during weekends and evenings!
