Full Job Description
Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and objectives, in Retail we call it 'Smashing your Targets'
- You'll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role face to face and virtually
- If things don't go to plan, your colleague network will actively help you investigate and resolve any question or complaint
- As technology advances so does TUI, you'll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours to confidently adapt your style to help answer questions whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers
- You'll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and assigned a dedicated learning coach who'll guide you through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you'll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including, weekends, bank holidays and evenings at some of our busier stores.
