Full Job Description
- Design and execute bespoke sales and marketing plans to attract and convert new residents.
- Build strong referral networks with local healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organisations.
- Plan, promote, and attend open days, community engagement events, and virtual/in-person tours.
- Create compelling marketing materials and digital content (including social media campaigns) that highlight the home's services, culture, and success stories.
- Monitor occupancy trends and provide insights to inform future strategy.
- Manage all enquiries professionally and empathetically, guiding families through the decision-making process.
- Represent the values and reputation of Caring Homes at all times, both on-site and in the community.
A heart full of empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
