Position Overview: The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the hospitality sector throughout Scotland. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively promote our products and build lasting customer relationships. They will have a deep understanding of the food industry and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential customers, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, caterers, and other food service businesses.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management:
