Full Job Description
Location: Housing Support for Young People in the Armagh/Dungannon/Magherafelt area - Remote, Housing Support for Young People supports young people (aged 16-25) to access and maintain accommodation in the community. Support can be provided for up to 2 years depending on the needs of the Service User What we can offer you

- Good communication skills
