Temporary Receptionist
Starting: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Hourly Rate: 12.20
Based: Edinburgh City Centre
Are you a friendly, organised individual looking for a fantastic temporary opportunity? We're seeking a Temporary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's vibrant office in the heart of Edinburgh. If you thrive in a bustling environment and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Manage phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring clear communication.
- Handle scheduling and appointments, keeping the office running smoothly.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, embodying our commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a knack for multitasking.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus!
