Full Job Description

The role is to provide administrative support for the ICTS Aberdeen Station. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing all local security vetting for new and existing staff.
  • Administration of Security team rosters and data entry to resource management systems.
  • Administration of invoicing, purchase orders, purchase requisitions and any other departmental financial administration tasks including uniform and PPE orders.
  • Managing airport ID pass applications and renewals.
  • Managing cost control tasks and reporting this to the Station Manager.
  • Ordering of equipment, supplies and consumables required to support and maintain the Security operation.
  • Organising departmental travel requests.
  • Planning, organisation and assistance to ensure successful delivery of meetings and company events when required.

    Essential
  • 5-year checkable work history
  • Successful clearance of a Criminal Record Check and Counter Terrorism Check prior to course start date
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Available for full time training and exams as required
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office - primarily Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet the demands of the work presented
  • Work flexibly on both routine and more complex tasks.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
