In this exciting role, you will:

• Conduct pre-qualification questionnaires and submissions  
• Craft compelling and creative bid proposals that stand out  
• Ensure all documents are visually impactful and align with brand standards  
• Manage bid administration tasks efficiently  
• Identify and source new business opportunities  
• Develop and publish engaging content for newsletters, websites, case studies, and industry news articles  
• Oversee and enhance our social media presence, creating and curating content  
• Monitor social media campaigns and provide insights for future success  

We are searching for a self-motivated and organised individual who can work independently while also collaborating with a team. Ideal candidates will possess:  

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders  
• A keen attention to detail and a genuine passion for the construction industry
