Bookkeeper - Part Time

Your new company
You will be joining an experienced & growing company in Elgin. This is a permanent opportunity to join the company as a part-time Bookkeeper with an Annual Salary of 25,350 - 27,300 (Pro Rata).

Your new role
Your new role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role is a part-time role of 20 hours per week and includes hybrid working options & a flexible working pattern.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a Bookkeeper with proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principle. You will also need excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to work independently. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
