You will have experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a customer focused environment, whilst also being an integral part of a team. You should be able to engage with our customers and be able to solve problems efficiently and appropriately. Knowledge of social housing legal procedures and experience of income recovery would be advantageous. Preferably, you will be aware and up to date with current benefit regulations to support our customers to maximise their income and minimise their debt.
