Exciting Career Opportunity for a Customer Service Adviser - Join a Leading Global Company in the Heart of Glasgow!
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual seeking a dynamic new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of an innovative, market-leading global company? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our client, a renowned global leader in their field, is offering an exciting Customer Service role that combines the best of both worlds - a supportive, high-performance team culture, with the flexibility of hybrid working in a prime Glasgow location. This is your chance to accelerate your career with excellent training, personal development opportunities, and a competitive salary ranging from 11.00 to 11.50 per hour.
As a key member of the Payment Operations team, you will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless customer journey by managing payments, investigations, and troubleshooting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working in a collaborative team, and delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver a high-quality, "right first time" service to internal and external customers.
- Manage end-to-end payment processes, from setup and verification to investigation and repair.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system productivity.
- Liaise with external financial institutions and stakeholders to resolve queries and manage accounts.
- Assist with reconciliation tasks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Help maintain and update standard operating procedures to reflect the latest processes and best practices.
- Take on leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks and assessing team capacity in the absence of the flow leader.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A curiosity-driven mindset, eager to identify and implement improvements.
- Experience in payment processing or financial services is a plus but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Why Join Us?
- Competitive Salary: 11.00 to 11.50 per hour, based on experience.
- Career Growth: Access to direct training and numerous development opportunities to springboard your career.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy hybrid working (9-5, no weekends) with the flexibility you need.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting where your contributions matter.
- Location: Conveniently based in the heart of Glasgow.
If you're looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic, global company with room for growth, this role is for you. Take the next step in your career - apply now and be part of something truly special!
Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
