Full Job Description

1. Arranging of international and domestic travel for Well Engineering staff and consultants - providing transport and accommodation options as well as key destination information when applicable.

2. Providing a rapid response to emergent travel issues/changes.

3. Liaising with travel manager and travel agent to rectify any identified issues with traveller profiles and ensure hotels honour corporate rates.

4. Continuously update the travel tracker to ensure all travel bookings are logged, including any changes.

5. Ordering PPE for Well Engineering staff and consultants.

6. Coordinating with external vendors to arrange learning sessions with the Well Engineering Technical team (lunch and learns).

7. Printing and binding programmes for technical team, arranging external printing when required.

8. Providing assistance with formatting issues in Microsoft office programs including Word and Visio.

9. Ad hoc administration tasks for all areas of Well Engineering as required.

10. Organising external meeting rooms.

11. Assisting with ordering of lunches/teas and coffees for meetings within the Petrofac office.

12. Ordering stationary - both for the rig and for anything specific for the Well Engineering department that is not provided by office services.

13. Raising requisitions for annual purchase orders for taxis, PPE, staff training and medicals.

14. Assisting with new start onboarding administration - updating org charts, teams groups, distribution lists, yammer and Share Point when required.

15. Arranging taxis as requested.
