Hourly Rate: £17.10 - £18.76

Salary: £31219.15 - £34248.64 per annum

Hours: 35

Contract Duration: Temporary until 31/03/2026

Role Purpose

Our Employability Service is looking for a for an excellent communicator who is motivated to change peoples lives for the better.

The individual will be forward thinking, open minded and resilient, assisting in removing barriers which will positively impact on the prevention and reduction of (re)offending in the area.

You will become part of a dedicated team, working collaboratively and providing support across the Scottish Borders. Each day will bring new challenges, with your work guided by the needs and strengths of the service and participants.

This is a Hybrid post but you will be required to work across the Borders. The role requires an individual who can plan and prioritise their own diary.

Essential

Educated to relevant HNC/ SVQ level 3 or significant experience in a relevant field .

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
