Our client is recruiting for their -

Head of Operations

Location: Glasgow, on-site
Type: Full-Time

We are recruiting for a sales & operational leader to join the team and oversee all aspects of sales, operations, and marketing as well as general management of day-to-day needs in finance, recruitment, training, compliance, and business development.

Job Summary:
This leader will play a pivotal role in revenue growth and operational execution of all business activities. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing human resources functions-including recruitment, training, staff performance, and compliance-as well as monitoring financial performance, sales targets, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

These are some of the tasks you will oversee and optimise in collaboration with relevant leaders

  • Recruitment of Consultants & Clinical staff
  • Recruitment of Clinical Staff
  • Clinic Management
  • Track medication, therapy, and parenting program numbers and monitor for demand/capacity.
  • Monitor available and used appointment slots weekly and monthly.
  • Analyse revenue by source and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Compliance Management, policy reviews, annual audit

Sales & Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales targets and
  • strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt
  • sales strategies accordingly
  • Achieve quarterly sales quota, sales pipeline & budgeting
  • Develop sales processes for end-to-end sales cycle
  • Drive customer satisfaction, feedback, and patient cycle management
  • Revenue forecasting & headcount planning
  • Sales coaching & call monitoring
  • Performance management

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and sales processes for goal attainment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong coaching supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management & senior operations preferably in the
  • healthcare or diagnostics sector.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage
  • cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and operational management software
