Full Job Description

  • Building collaborative relationships across the business, client and 3rd party areas in order to successfully deliver KM initiatives
  • Effectively prioritise deliveries against sprint timelines and value
  • Evaluating and assess the costs and the potential impact of proposed solutions, considering technical limitations, risk and operational impacts
  • Ability to articulate business problems, proposed solutions and delivered benefits to internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracking the impact of any change implemented to ensure it delivers the agreed outcomes

    We are seeking a dynamic Knowledge Manager to drive innovative solutions and deliver impactful content improvements. You will lead a team of Knowledge Management Specialists, utilising Agile methodology to manage projects in defined sprints. Your focus will be on leveraging both existing and emerging technologies to create solutions that deliver measurable value to the business, end users, and customers., Experience or understanding of working with content creation and style guides
  • Working with or creating process guides and training material
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and information/data presentation techniques
  • Ability to create meaningful current state information packs to allow stakeholders to make quick decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to manage stakeholders against actions and deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail, good fact finding skills and ability to make evaluative judgments

    Salary: From £37998-£47498, 33 days including Bank Holidays
