Full Job Description

Proven, deep industry knowledge of the dynamics and trends in Food Services, for example Food Manufacturing, Grocery, or Services organisations, for example:

  • Optimising end-to-end processes across a food organisation's middle and back office, for example Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Technology solutions that improve business operations, for example within food supply chains or enabling functions
  • Approaches and innovations to embedding sustainability, for example reducing food waste
  • Managing project teams to design and deliver future-fit Operating Model, Process or Cost Reduction initiatives that enable clients' strategic, technological, cost, efficiency and/or sustainability objectives
  • Analysis and improvement of core end-to-end processes within consumer businesses, including - but not limited to - Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) and New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Programme management expertise, experience of managing successful teams and engagements on time and to budget and being able to organise insights into a logical flow that 'tells the story' when presenting recommendations.
  • Leading client thinking, identifying areas of innovation that encourage new ways of working and enhance their existing operating model, including the design of technological and organisational solutions that enable cost and efficiency improvement

    Previous consulting experience, whether as an independent advisor or in-house
  • Broader industry knowledge across Transportation, Hospitality and Business Services (THS)
  • Evaluating and applying emerging and innovative technologies in (Process automation and Gen AI) to design operating models and business processes to deliver transformative results
  • Development of business cases and identifying and/or delivering sustainable cost savings in collaboration with senior clients.
